HTML5 viewer

Why can’t I see the tracking?

The HTML viewer might not be supported by your device, operating system or browser. The HTML viewer can be watched on PC and Mac via recent version of the browsers Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Edge. You can download Firefox here and Chrome here

What is the recommended browser?

For the best viewing experience we recommend Google Chrome. Regardless of browser please make sure that you are using the latest version.

The graphics are very poor. What can I do?

Graphics issues are mostly caused because you are using an outdated version of the driver for your graphic card. This problem is specially habitual on users that have recently upgraded to Windows 10. It is highly recommendable that you upgrade your drivers after you upgrade the OS.

Another source of issues is the new DPI scaling method introduced in windows 10. If you have set a text size greater than 100% and the action looks blurry you can try either to reset the text size to 100% or disable the DPI Scaling for your browser.

In order to disable the DPI scaling for your browser you must follow these steps:

  1. Right click over the browser icon and select the option ‘Properties’ from the context menu.
  2. On the Compatibility tab select Disable Display Scaling on High DPI Settings
  3. click OK

You can find more information in Microsoft’s support site.

The viewer seems slow and unresponsive. What can I do?

Older computer with limited performance might have problems with visualizing long races with many competitors. Try hiding classes or competitors in the leaderboard that you are not interested in or disabling elements in settings that are not crucial to you e.g. disable the tail, don’t show the label of all competitors, disable course and race graphics etc

If you are using Firefox we recommend you to use Firefox 52.0 or newer version.
